Shipping Policy 送貨政策

Purchase items will arrive within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) upon order payment is confirmed. HK $50 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK $500. Such fee will be waived for order reaches HK $500 or above

Purchases are couriered within Hong Kong only. Delivery service is not available to remote areas and outlying islands (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Hong Kong International Airport)

Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 6pm from Monday to Friday. 

Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If the delivery is in vain without someone to sign, a fee of HK $50 will be charged foe next delivery. 

Buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, $20 per floor up to 8 floors

Tandron Spirits will not verify the recipient's identity and bears no responsibility for this.

Tandron Spirits will not responsible for damage after delivery.

商品將會在付款確認後3-5個工作天（星期一至五，公眾假期除外）內送達收件地址。訂購商品總額超過港幣$500免收運費，未滿港幣$500將收取港幣$50運費。

只提供香港地區送貨服務 (離島或偏遠地區如馬灣、東涌、機場等地區不接受送貨服務）

送貨時間為星期一至五上午9時至6時

商品交付時須簽收，如商品送達收件地址時沒人簽收，再次送貨費用為港幣$50元

送貨地點沒有升降機或貨品須經樓梯送貨，需加收服務費每層$20，以八層為限

送貨公司恕不核實收件人身份，天祿洋酒恕不承擔任何責任

天祿洋酒恕不負責交付後商品的損毀
